I Need To Get Out Of The 260s! 261.5 pounds. + 0.4 pounds today, - 1.2 pounds this week, - 4.5 pounds this month, - 18.5 pounds since May 1, - 71.5 pounds from my all-time high of 333 pounds.

Well, at least I didn't gain a whole pound. Last night I took my daughter out on a little date and we went on a drive to Stillwater, then we drove to our favorite restaurant in St. Croix Falls called Poco Loco. The food there is delicious. I was outside of my eating window as I ate after 5 p.m. I also didn't exercise as I'm trying to have the soreness in the IT band in my left leg go away. Finally, I didn't have a good night of sleep. All of this combined to make me gain weight, but not as much as I thought I would all things considered. 

Today should be a better day. I have a full day of work and if I can keep from eating after 5 p.m. perhaps I'll lose weight. I won't be exercising and I hope to get a good night of sleep. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
