I'm amazed at what I saw this morning on the scale. I ate more than I should have yesterday, and I ate after 5 p.m., which I shouldn't have, and somehow I still managed to lose weight. The only thing I can think is that I worked pretty hard vacuuming and shampooing the carpets throughout the house. 

I haven't been biking for about a week because I have pain in my IT band in my left leg. One of the best treatments is rest, so resting my leg I will do. But yesterday I actually managed to exercise by working on the carpet. It took me over 3 hours to finish the task.I'm guessing it was all that work that did the trick. 

Today is going to be a better day. I have a full day to keep me busy. I hope to not eat after 5 p.m. Let's see what happens today and what the scale says tomorrow morning!
