Not bad! 262.7 pounds. + 0.2 pounds today, - 2.6 pounds this week, - 3.3 pounds this month, - 17.3 pounds since May 1, - 70.3 pounds from my all-time high of 333 pounds.

Yesterday turned out to be a great day. The weather was fantastic and I mowed the lawn and did some other chores while my wife and daughter were still visiting family. I didn't follow my plan exactly so I'm happy that I didn't gain more weight on the scale this morning. 

Today is going to be another difficult day, with lack of structure and all. I hope to clean up around the house and shampoo the carpets before my wife comes home. Maybe the activity will help me burn calories. We'll see what happens today and what the scale says tomorrow morning.
