Can this really be happening? I can't believe that I've lost weight yet again today, especially since I've lost so much lately. I've heard that the more weight you have to lose the easier it is to lose it, at least initially. I'll take it, especially since I know I won't lose weight each and every day.
Yesterday I followed my plan really well. I ate right, I didn't eat after 5 p.m., and I exercised. Oh, and I had a full night of sleep. Even if I follow my plan and I don't lose weight I'll know that the plan works because it has in the past and it will in the future.
Today is going to be a good day. I have a full day of work to keep me busy and there is no reason I shouldn't be able to follow my plan. I don't expect to lose weight again tomorrow since I've lost so much this week. We'll see what happens, and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
