I'll take some weight loss over gaining weight anyday, no matter how small the progress. Movement in the right direction is huge, even if he results from a particular day are not.

My activity yesterday did not lead me to think that I was going to lose weight. I ate normally for breakfast and lunch, but I didn't follow my plan of not eating after 5 p.m. I went to get my haircut after work and I stopped by the grocery store to pick up food to eat after that. I was hungry, so I bought 3 frozen meals for $9, and I ate them all when I got home. Each meal wasn't that big, but all together I ate a lot, so I was really surprised when I stepped on the scale this morning and I actually lost weight. This is especially so because I didn't exercise yesterday.

My leg is still bothering me from all of my biking. I have a dull pain on the outside of my left leg that runs from my thigh to my calf. I can walk and bike and it doesn't keep me up at night, but I figure it will be better to rest and not exercise so that the pain will go away. I might not lose as much weight as I would otherwise, but it is important to not do further damage to myself. Not exercising means that it is all the more important that I watch what eat, and when I eat.

Today is going to be a great day. I have a full day of work to keep me busy and I hope not to eat after 5:00 p.m. If I can do that I should lose weight again and keep my streak going. I'm probably going to watch the NFL game tonight. I'm a big Ravens fan with Lamar Jackson as their QB. I hope to keep from mindlessly eating during the game. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
