Yesterday was a decent day. I was able to continue my roll of losing weight. I ate decently, slept decently, but I didn't exercise. 

All of my indoor bike riding has resulted in a pain shooting down the outside of my left leg, from the thigh down through the calf. I know that all of my biking has caused this, and walking about 20 miles this past weekend, between the Minnesota State Fair on Saturday and hiking at Wild River State Park on Sunday didn't do my injury much good. I'm hoping that taking a few days off of exercise will cause the pain in my leg to go away. 

Today should be a good day. I have a full day of work to keep me busy and then I plan on reading tonight. If I can eat and sleep right I hope to lose weight again. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
