I gained weight last month and that wasn't fun. My goal has been to lose 3 pounds a week and I gained almost 5 pounds. I"m still down since May 1st, but I want to lose a lot of weight and I went in the wrong direction last month. The month ended by my going to the Minnesota State Fair with the family. I'm amazed that I gained less than 5 pounds last month given how poorly I ate that day and the final days of the month. 

I haven't been exercising on my indoor bike for the past 3 days because I've had pain down my left leg. I've done a lotfai of hiking over the weekend so that has helped me lose weight over the weekend. I walked for hours at the state fair on Satureday and I went on a hike with a friend at Wild River State Park on Sunday. 

Today is going to be a great day. I have a full day of work to keep me busy. tonight I hope not to eat too much. My wife and daughter are away for the week in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan visiting family so it is all up to me what I eat and when. This should be a great week of weight loss. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
