Yesterday was a great day. I had a productive day at work and last night we went out with friends to our favorite spot on the river in Marine on St. Croix. The food was wonderful and I managed to eat just one serving, although I was tempted by their desert and menu to have more. I had 8 hours of sleep, I rode my bike for 30 minutes in Zone 2, and I even lifted weights. All of this resulted in losing 1.2 pounds. What a great day!

Today is going to be a bit more of a challenge. it is a Saturday so I am not sure what is going to happen today. I have errands to run and chores to do. This afternoon we might go fishing. My main concern with regard to my health is that I don't eat too much food and I hope not to eat after 5 p.m. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
