I basically stuck with my program yesterday and was rewarded on the scale this morning. I feel like I ate too much yesterday, but somehow I still managed to lose weight. I'm still heavier than I was at the beginning of the month, but I can't focus on that. I need to ride the wave of momentum that I've got going now, no matter how big or small. 

Even though I think I ate too much yesterday I did follow the other 2 parts of my plan. I had enough sleep and I worked out. I actually worked out twice, once on my indoor bike and once as I did yard work for over an hour. Getting outside and doing chores around the house burns calories. I think I may have been in zone 2 for my heart rate while doing chores, so that helped. Zone 2 is the fat burning zone where the heart rate is between 60-70% of maximum. It doesn't take much to get the heart rate into zone 2, so that is probably what happened. 

Today is going to be a good day. I have a full day of work and then tonight I hope to get outside. The weather is fantastic with clear skies and a high temperature of 75 degrees. I need to get out and walk tonight. If I can do that, along with not eating after 5:00 p.m., I hope to lose weight again and keep riding the wave. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
