I'm out of the 260s and I never want to go back. I've lost 20 pounds so far and feel great. What is amazing is that I can't imagine how much better I'm going to feel when I lose another 20 pounds. 

Yesterday was a fantastic day. I not only followed my plan perfectly, but I went above and beyond my plan by lifting weights for the first time in a long time. I feel sore this morning, but that is to be expected and it feels good knowing that it is from working hard yesterday. I hope to keep this up as part of my routine.

Today is going to be a great day. I have a full day of work that includes two business meetings, one being at lunch. I am hopeful that I will eat sensibly at lunch and then at my later meeting at a coffee shop I hope to not eat anything there. That will be difficult because the coffee shop is the one, the only, Cafe Latte in St. Paul. This isn't a normal coffee shop. It is known more for their amazing desserts as well as food. I hope that I'm not setting myself up for failure by going there. 

If I can keep from overeating today, and I exercise and get enough sleep, I think I might be able to lose weight again. We'll see what happens and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
