I'm finally hitting my stride. The first two months of this journey produced results, but not as much as I would have liked. Losing 10 pounds in a month is a very nice achievement and it makes be excited for more. 

Yesterday was a great day. I was busy with work and I followed my plan of eating, sleeping, and exercise. I was rewarded on the scale this morning because of that. What was especially nice was not repeating the mistakes of the day before where I didn't follow my plan and I ate too much and too late (which led me to eating too much), and I paid the price on the scale in the morning. Not yesterday. I got back on the plan and was rewarded for my efforts, which is a great feeling. 

Today should be a great day. I have a full day of work and it shouldn't be too difficult to follow my plan. It has been pretty hot here in MInnesota, but I still hope to get outside to exercise since I like the warm weather. We'll see what happens and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
