Oh yeah, that was awesome! Stepping on the scale feels great when you do everything right and you lose weight. This is what I was shooting for and it happened. Yesterday was a great day. I followed my plan exactly and the results came again today on the scale. I slept right, I exercised, and I didn't eat after 5 p.m. What a great feeling to lose weight yet again. 

Today is going to be a great day. I have work to keep me busy and I plan to exercise and to not eat after 5 p.m. If I can do that I might lose weight again. We'll see what happens, and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
