Yesterday was a great day and the weekend was fantastic. I spent time outside cutting up large branches that had come down during a recent storm. That was a lot of work and it was pretty warm and very humid. I didn't ride my bike like I had hope to do, but at least I got some exercise in. 

I'm a little frustrated with my progress. I don't know if I should be or not. I've lost 4 pounds so far this month, which is better than nothing, but I know that I can lose more weight than that. I really haven't been as focused on losing weight as I want to be. I hope to change that this week. 

Today is going to be a great day. I have a full day of work to keep me busy and I plan to exercise and to not eat after 5 p.m. If I can do that I know I'll lose weight. We'll see what happens, and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
