I'm Shocked! 269.3 Pounds. Down 0.3 pounds today. Down 2.9 pounds this week.

Yesterday wasn't a good day for me. I had enough sleep and I exercised, but I also ate way too much food. I ate more than three meals. I went to a meeting of non profit businesses last night where a meal was served. I had eaten a light breakfast and lunch, and I also had a snack on the way to the meeting. The meal at the meeting was good, but I was still a little hungry afterward so I stopped at Leeann Chin, a wonderful Chinese takeout restaurant on the way home and picked up food for myself and my family. With all of this food I was convinced that I was going to gain about 2 pounds on the scale this morning, I was shocked that I actually lost weight. 

The only reason I believe that I lost weight is that I have been exercising and getting enough sleep every night. I know that if I continue to eat too much that I'm going to put on weight. It was great to get out of the house last night so I'm sure the stimulation of being with a group of people working on helping non profit organizations was great for my emotional well being. Perhaps it helped my physical health as well. 

Today should be a great day. I have a full day of work to keep me busy and I am getting my hair cut tonight. I'm also looking to purchase material to make a home made outdoor pizza oven. It is a DIY project and it is pretty cheap. I'm really excited about this and about how fun this will be to use. We'll see what happens and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
