Yesterday was a great day. I followed my plan exactly and I was rewarded on the scale this morning. I had 8 hours of sleep last night, I exercised for 30 minutes and I didn’t eat after 5 p.m. It feels wonderful to have worked my plan and to be rewarded for it.

Today is going to be a great day. I have a full day of work and tonight I want to go for a walk. We are getting a lot of rain so that might not happen, so I’ll bike indoors if I can’t go on a walk. If I do that and I exercise I hope to get under 270 pounds. We’ll see what happens, and we’ll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
