270.4 Pounds. Up 0.2 pounds today. Down 4.6 pounds this week. Just What I Expected.

I followed my plan exactly yesterday and I still gained weight on the scale this morning. I wasn’t surprised in the least since I had lost so much weight the previous two days. I actually would have been surprised if I had lost weight again today, since loving over 4 pounds in a few days is hard to maintain.

Today is going to be a great day. I have a full day of work to keep me busy and I plan on exercising after work. If I can also get a good night of sleep and not eat after 5 p.m. I should lose weight. We’ll see what happens, and we’ll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
