At Least There Is Progress! 260.6 pounds. - 0.2 pounds today, - 0.0 pounds this week, + 0.1 pounds this month, -19.4 pounds since May 1.

Progress doesn't get much smaller than that. I lost 0.2 pounds yesterday and it was a hard fought battle to get that. I exercised twice, once for 30 minutes on my indoor bike in Zone 2 and once on a walk. I ate after 5 p.m., which I didn't want to do, but I had gone to be too early and couldn't get to sleep so I ate a midnight snack of peanut butter on bread. That did the trick and helped me to get to sleep, but it also contributed to not losing more weight. Sleep is more important so I'm glad I did that. 

I'm not sure why I couldn't get to sleep last night. I worked hard during the day and we went to the St. Croix River to go fishing after work. When we came home I did a brief workout with weights and went to be shortly after that. Maybe that was the reason I couldn't get to sleep, I was too worked up from my workout and shower.

Today is going to be a great day. I have a full day of work and I have chores to do around the house after work to keep me busy. I'm feeling a llittle sluggish and I'm not hungry, so I'm going to see how long I can go without eating. I hope to exercise and get 8 hours of sleep. If I can do that I should lose weight again today. I need to get out of the 260s and to be done with them for good. We'll see what happens today and we'll see what the scale says tomorrow morning!
